Please send your request at least 2 weeks in advance. We’d like to know your preferred days you’d like to play, the type of game or session, the estimated party size, and any other details. We can accommodate up to 6 players.

You can arrange the space any way you’d like, but please return the room to its original state after.

Please clean up after you’re done and dispose of trash, return furniture or borrowed props, and report any accidental damage.

Available to game masters are complimentary snacks and beverages.

Game masters also have special ordering privileges for gameplay-related products.

Respect all game space policies and ensure your players do the same.

Maintain a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Be mindful or noise levels to ensure other patrons or activities in the space are not disturbed.

The space is free to use!

All we ask in return is to actively promote your session and our space on your social media. Please tag our official accounts or hashtag #ChicagoRPG.

We always encourage you to share photos, updates, or interesting anecdotes to promote your session or our space!
